This apartment consists of a large, well-lit living room with four windows and an integrated, well-equipped kitchen (oven and stovetop with four ceramic heating plates and exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster), comfortable corner seating arrangement, twin bed davenport couch, satellite t.v.; two bedrooms with twin beds; a corridor and one bathroom with shower/WC.

Additional Information:
- All prices are for two persons per day, including table linen and bed linen, towels, electricity, hot water, heating.
- NEW: For the duration of your stay, you will get in our farm the Bolzano Bozen Card for free. Exploring Val Sarentino, Bolzano and South Tyrol with the free use of all public transport, free entry to the museums in South Tyrol and many further services.
- Each apartment has a t.v. (satellite), as well as coffeemaker, toaster.
- Price discount for children upon agreement.
From the 01/01/2014 the tourist tax is addad to the basic price. The charge will be € 1,55 per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has zu be paid right away on the farm.
Surcharges:
- We charge € 13.00 per day for every additional person. House pets are not allowed in our vacation apartments.
- For stays less than 4 nights there is a supplement of € 15.00. In the case of stays of up to two days, the rates listed for Season B are charged and a supplement of € 20,00.
